a. The Processor is authorized and has the right to process your personal data only for the purposes and within the scope specified in the Privacy Policy.

c. The Processor processes the entrusted Personal Data in accordance with applicable law, in particular the Processor: a. f. The Processor is liable to the individual to whom the Personal Data pertains for any damages they may suffer as a result of the actions and omissions of the Processor.
