This project was an important part of VPP or virtual power plant. Batteries are needed to store the electricity produced in the power grid to mitigate overproduction. At the same time, the batteries can be used for own consumption and sold back to the grid. Flexibility services are designed for all Enefit home markets for smart management of home batteries and, if possible, also for selling them back to the grid.
