Netcorp supported the customer in developing a human resources portal for the entire group. The platform allows employees to submit and update personal information such as education, training, and team details directly, giving them more control over their data.
The portal also provides the customer with a holistic view of its workforce across different workplaces and units, helping the group manage HR information more effectively. The project included full programming services, delivering a reliable and modern solution that improved both employee experience and organizational oversight.

Outcome of the project was Enefit HR-portal that was designed to replace old Lotus Notes and Oracle EBS. The new HR portal gave Enefit employees a new and more informative user interface with more options to update their personal data and have an overview about their service and salary.
