Netcorp supported Messente in building a public service endpoint that enables HLR (Home Location Register) number lookups. This service lets external systems verify whether a phone number is active and determine basic routing or network information. The service was implemented using Python and the Tornado web framework with clean architecture and the ability to scale horizontally.
During the project, the team focused on making the service easy to consume for developers. The solution was integrated with Messente’s existing messaging infrastructure and enabled other services, such as number validation, to make use of the lookup capability as part of their workflows.

Messente focuses on reliable delivery, fraud prevention, and simple integration for developers.
