How are Polish public holidays and vacations handled?
Engineers follow the Polish public holiday calendar, which differs slightly from the UK, DACH and the Nordics. We share the dates in advance and plan vacations with you, so releases and sprint commitments are not affected.
Do engineers use our hardware and accounts, or yours?
By default engineers work on Netcorp equipment. If your security policy requires it, they can work on devices you provide or through your VPN, SSO and access controls.
Can Netcorp engineers work alongside our other vendors or freelancers?
Yes. They join your team as it is, including in-house staff, other agencies and contractors, and follow the same processes and code ownership rules as everyone else.
Can engineers visit our office?
Yes. Short on-site visits for kickoffs, workshops or planning sessions can be arranged. We agree the timing and travel costs with you in advance.
Who do we talk to if something is not working?
Day-to-day feedback goes straight to the engineer, as with anyone on your team. For anything you would rather not raise directly, such as performance, attendance or team changes, you have a Netcorp contact who handles it.
How is knowledge kept if an engineer leaves the project?
Work lives in your repositories, tickets and documentation, not on Netcorp systems. When someone rolls off, we plan a handover with the incoming engineer so context is not lost.
Can engineers work under industry compliance requirements?
Yes. Our engineers have worked in banking, energy, telecom and fintech environments, and follow your access, audit and security requirements from day one.
Can our developers use AI tools to support their development?
All our developers go through training courses on working effectively with AI coding assistants. How AI tooling is used in development depends on your company’s AI policies and practices.
